Please read carefully the information below regarding the terms and conditions.

In order to participate in a creative session, a minor’s guardian must sign a contract that includes a model release and a waiver of liability, which grants the photographer the right to use and publish the images and/or videos created during the session, for any advertising, display, publication, marketing, competition and/or other studio purposes.

In exchange for your time, we offer 5 digital images from the session. The images are chosen and edited by the photographer.

Please note that the use of personal cameras/cell phone cameras is NOT permitted during any session, whether you/your child are being photographed or not. During the styling and the photo session, the subjects, wardrobe and the setup are to be photographed by myself only.
